About Me

One thing that characterizes me and my career is my willingness to learn and try new things. I guess you can say I’m good at pivoting. For many years, our business fostered a very entrepreneurial spirit – run it like you own it. That allowed me to move from a junior web developer to a senior project manager leading innovation on our e-business team and then today, to a social media strategist. I’ve been able to see new opportunities, build business cases, and implement them.

I love social media because it gives me a creative outlet to tell a story and to do it in real time. I’ve always enjoyed writing and creating content because I know that what I’m doing is helping people achieve their dreams. Building a financial plan – that can be intimidating. But it doesn’t have to be. Our job is to give others, whether that’s financial advisors, institutions, or their clients, the tools and information they need to be successful.  So that could be publishing rapid response commentary on a geopolitical conflict or helping fixed income investors position their portfolios in an era of rising rates. Social media is really at the forefront of so many aspects of business – from education to recruiting to brand building – and I’m proud to be a part of it.
